Yesterday evening I waited 15 minuets to just take my order. I waited another 20 min for my order of one medium cone and two pup cups. After watching several drive thru customers come and go after I ordered and 8 other people who came in after me get their orders a girl came around the corner and asked if I was waiting for something. She had no idea what my order was and just kept saying she was sorry and asked again what I ordered, not what my order number was (99). I stop by for a snack and Moolatte on my drives to Newark, which is every month or two. This is the friendliest Dairy Queen I have ever been to! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and happy to serve you. I can’t say I’ve ordered much from the menu, I usually get the same thing, but it’s always good and fresh, and served up with a smile! Management is doing a wonderful job here!
