From my own experience, i like DQ in Benton a lot. I dont always get fast food but when I do I like to take my kids this particular location. Staffs are very nice and friendly, food always hot, and delicious. We went again today, the store were nice and clean and food were hot and delicious.
Ordered blizzards at 2:32 pm, paid, and was asked to pull forward behind three already waiting vehicles. We quietly did so. At 2:55 tried to ask an employee if the order was started yet. We had an appointment to attend. No biggie, we just wanted a refund so we could head out. But we were ignored by the male employee coming in and out. So, I went inside to ask for a refund. Great Service!
Great food, I got a classic burger with fries and a small ice cream, and I can say that it was all good… but I felt the burger was VERY small. (Likely due to inflation is why it was small.)
