Slow doesn’t describe how bad this visit was. We waited over 20 minutes for a dipped cone.
This location is SLOW! The staff needs a complete overhaul. The employees have no personality & act like they don’t want you there. Every customer that came in took 10 minutes to get their food. My son asked for our cups & the employee said “yeah yeah yeah I’ll get those for you”. This isn’t the same DQ as when it 1st opened.
Ridiculously slow and weird prioritization of which order gets made first. Manager is rude too.
