Came to this location a couple days ago with my sister. We both ordered a blizzard and waited 20 minutes while the wait wasn’t really the issue for me the staff is RUDE, Some really small black girl at front counter had a major attitude and when i asked for a manager their attitude wasn’t any better, i came back the next day and the service was worst than the last, i came through the drive through this time and a black girl with glasses gave me my ice cream mostly melted, when i asked her to remake it i tried handing her the... read more
Noone else in the drive through and waited over 10 min for 5 dollars worth of food. Why?
Waited 25 mins for my food in drive thru got my food thinking it would be fresh no fries not even done.
Drive thru service HORRIBLE! Waited over 15 minutes to get my order taken. I kept asking how much longer the guy said couple more minutes. When I finally get my order taken I go to the window I wait another 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their orders. 25 mins have passed by at this point I get to the window and Brad tells me the total, I ask for a discount for the wait.
