Noone else in the drive through and waited over 10 min for 5 dollars worth of food. Why?
Waited 25 mins for my food in drive thru got my food thinking it would be fresh no fries not even done.
Drive thru service HORRIBLE! Waited over 15 minutes to get my order taken. I kept asking how much longer the guy said couple more minutes. When I finally get my order taken I go to the window I wait another 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their orders. 25 mins have passed by at this point I get to the window and Brad tells me the total, I ask for a discount for the wait. He gets his supervisor she tells me it was due to the "rush" and then blames the ice cream machine. Then tells me her manager would not appr... read more
Second time in 2 weeks their ice cream machine is broken. They don’t put up a sign to say otherwise so you get stuck in a line and have to wait to get out. Awful DQ
