I ordered two medium blizzards with extra Oreo and spent over $16. I get home and there’s barely any Oreo in them. I’m NEVER coming back to this Dairy Queen. The one I usually go to puts this one to shame. It’s my fault for not going where I know I get my money’s worth!

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife and requested specific, custom details based on how she likes it. The lady I worked with - Nazeema - was extremely accommodating and helped me design the cake to fit my wife's specifications. When I picked up the cake, it looked amazing and she was (rightfully) proud of her work - everything was as expected from the layout, design, and pricing. She event went above-and-beyond, designing 3D flowers which I hadn't seen any DQ do before! Thank you!

I love this Dairy Queen and have been coming here for many years. With that being said I also have been upset by the lack of friendly staff members. I went this last Sunday and watched two employees basically get into a screaming match. The boy was very vocal and rude with the girl and was saying horrible things. Another employee shorter girl was very sweet and very apologetic for the scene. I love this place and most of their staff but this was beyond me.

This has to be the most incompetent crew known to man. I walk in with 2 other people who have already gotten their order taken. No acknowledgment, just that slow large woman repeating that she needs 6 ranch moving at a snails pace. All while a cashier standing behind the register complains about a break, not sure if it’s because she has a smooth brain, she makes eye contact with me and makes no attempt to take my order. So I left. Feeling cute might call the health department on this location
