We made a special trip to Dairy Queen this evening to get the season special, Sugar Cookie Blizzard. We ordered and got to the window only to find out that they were out of the ingredients to make the dessert. We were told that they have been out of the frosting for weeks now. If this is the case, take it off of the menu and stop advertising it if orders cannot be fulfilled. We are actually really disappointed because this is not the first time we have gone to this location to only turn back around and head home empty handed... read more

My granddaughter and I bought 2 of the #1 burgers through the drive-thru window. Our burgers were not fresh and the fries were stale like they'd been sitting for a while. The lettuce on both burgers was brown. Paid $22 + for a poor lunch. Young man at the window was very nice, but food not so much. I called corporate the same day and have yet to receive a call this was over a week ago. I just ordered Dairy Queen from this location and got one of the most unedible chicken sandwiches I’ve ever seen. They didn’t even use a real chicken patty, just two small overcooked tenders thrown on a bun. It looked like the whole thing was microwaved because the lettuce and tomato were scalding hot and the bun was soggy. The fries were just as bad and completely limp. I go to Dairy Queen all the time back home in Kentucky, and I honestly don’t know how this place is even selling food like this.
