Good was good and reasonable. Only downfall was closing the seating area at 9pm
They were very busy, and I can’t help but think it would be easier for the employees to move things along if there weren’t 2 people screaming at them at any given time. Male manager was speaking to them like workhorses, specifically “go away because you’re not doing anything.” After I had seen the employee he was talking to diligently moving through window items. This is the most inconsistent, penny pinching DQ in the city. Avoid at all costs. Go to Pike lake, Canal, or Grand Avenue. Added a picture of a “chocolate malt” for reference. This is an every time occurrence, and for some odd reason I keep telling myself “next time will be different.”
