Trying to order a hamburger with everything on it. Didn't have one on the menu so I asked him to put lettuce and tomato. Since they didn't have one with vegetables on it I had to pay extra for tomatoes onions and lettuce. Probably my last time to visit Dairy Queen in Ardmore Oklahoma
One of the last hamburger places that still use actual beef and not synthetic fake chemical filled printed meat. For fast food this is my favorite!

Hands down one of the LEAST PROFESSIONAL experiences I have had with customer service in the region and frankly the country. Took forever to reach these people and then I got the run around for asking about a shake. Wasted my time! Please do better for the next customer. If you are thinking about coming here keep driving to Dallas! East Coast Dairy Queens where I used to live do it way better!
