Riddle my this... How does ordering off an app take longer then going thru the drivethru? We thought ordering online would be easier but we were wrong. It was simple to order, get our email saying they got our order and an "estimated" time only to go into the store and be told they hadn't received our order. That's fine, I get it...slow system maybe. What happened next was so crazy. We waited 45 minutes and went back up to the cashier to be told they still hadn't received our order. Very clean, and friendly workers!
I've been in the drivethrough for 15 minutes and it's crickets....
Wonderful drive though staff running the show this Sunday afternoon [5/24/26] there was a women with absolutely gorgeous hair that helped figure out whats was going on with the phone app and the computer system being weird and explain everything with grace while still getting our drinks and shake out in speedy quick time. Best tasting shake and best experience at a dairy queen so far.
