I enjoy all the ice cream deserts here & food, but I'll like the service here to be more friendly & make me feel welcome coming here. I didn't know the 7 dollar meal did not come with toast. I wasn't trying to irritate one of the workers today since she seem a little irritated by me since she told me to "next time you are going to pay for toast" for the 7 dollar meal if I want toast, but I would appreciate if she said it nicely & be more friendly next time.
This store has went down hill. Two nights in a row my order has been incorrect and missing food. I ordered online using app and still waited forever to get food. Good luck finding a way to contact management. They don't answer the phone when you call and neither the app or the website has a place for complaints. With as expensive as their food is, this is unacceptable. I won't be returning. I ordered a 4pc chicken strip meal. No toast, no gravy and two of the four chicken straps were extremely small.
