Staff kept the dining area clean. Quiet. Nice atmosphere to read and enjoy the meal. Customer service was excellent on August 19th, 2025 at 2pmish.
Employees are incredibly slow and more involved in each other than serving customers. Not a clean table in the restaurant either. 10 minutes for a hot fudge sundae? There were two other couples waiting and the drive thru line was backed up too. Should've gone to Bruster's.
You guys are charging way to much for the service to be this bad. I went in to get a chicken strip basket and a blizzard. Basic stuff $20 and a 30 minute wait for my food. Fast food has completely lost it's value proposition
I placed an online order and when I came to pick it up the employees had the store closed early. Locked the doors & lights off. The drive thru menu lights were off as well. I had to pull up at the window & honk the horn just to get some service. After I told them I had an online order the didn't say anything & just made the order while LAUGHING…no apology for the inconvenience or anything! They closed the store early and tried to stop taking orders, even though they had signs posted saying they close at 10pm. Terrible servic... read more
I went through the drive through at the Dairy Queen in Farragut this evening. I ordered a blast. Picked it up. Through the window I saw all condiments uncovered. The counter in front of them had food all over it. I paid for the Blast. I poured it out—yes it was so thin I could pour it out. It was so nasty inside I was afraid to eat it.
