Received my daughter's birthday cake with a handprint in the side, smashed into the cake box because it was so off center, covered in freezer burn, and charged more than what was quoted online for the exact design after taxes. Immediately wanted to return it untouched, and was told that isn't an option and couldn't explain where the extra charge came from. Can't count to two, ordered a double got a single, it was $14. Should have gone to Culvers, won't make that mistake again.
