We ordered the new coffee marshmallow shake and the pumpkin pie blizzard and coffee didn't taste like coffee in it and the pumpkin pie blizzard was all down of the cup and the drive through person didn't put both orders in she only heard 1 so I had ordered the blizzard again. Plus the blizzard was like soup.
Frequently visit this location but will not be any longer. Young teenage female at drive thru insists on customer using a pin pad they expect you to pick up off a shelf outside to go window. I told her today “I can’t see the screen” and she said “pick it up next time”. Ummm not good customer service. Period. I believe they are after a tip with the pinpad and it literally takes a second for them to run my card. Regardless she is rude. I spoke with manager, also didn’t seem to care.
