Absolutely terrible customer service. Went inside because the drive thru was backed up. One person in front of us. We were next and the older lady at counter decided she wanted to ignore us. No hello I will be right back. Just up and left. Walked past multiple times without a glance in our direction. I even said hello and nothing. We ended up leaving because we already waited ten minutes at that point.
Lady at drive through window was quite rude and clearly did not want to be there working, help customers or do her job. I realize we all have bad days sometimes but that's no reason to just be rude to people looking to enjoy the day by visiting your establishment....
Love the new caramel apple cheesecake blizzard, and the crew are nice and friendly. Will definitely go back for more.
