The bathrooms were nasty. The floor was nasty. They had termites in the wall, fire hazards, and moldy ice. I worked there before they closed in Clinton, Mississippi.
Did an online order.. showed up, and the doors were locked with a sign that said "drive thru only." Cars were out to the street. Tried to call multiple times to cancel my order, and no one answered.
I love DQs ice cream but I just walked out (I wanted to give a no star review). I was the only one in line but the girl completely ignored me. No greeting or "I'll be with you in a minute." She glanced at her phone and looked irritated to have a job. I waited 2 minutes and then left.
People were arguing in the cooking area. Tried overcharging for food. Ice cream machine was down.
Service sucked. Girl sat on the counter on the phone, and staff were yelling and fighting each other while recording it. Food was good except they slaughtered my order twice. Won’t be coming back.
