The staff were super friendly, but I gave it 2 stars because it was incredibly dirty. Most of the tables weren't wiped down, the pop area was very disorganized and sticky from spilled pop everywhere.
Had a Carmel Sunday and the sauce was almost burnt...dark dark brown and my wife had a blizzard she could have drank, it was so runny
I see I'm not the only one ... Stopped in today with my girlfriend to grab lunch. The food was good but the lady who took my order was straight up rude. Don't like your job much ?? Don't take it out on me. My card didn't swipe the first time and she said you get one more chance ?? And when I passed the by tapping my card the second time she stuffed the bag into my hand. I won't be going back to this location.
