Last couple of times I donated and received coupons, the coupons were expired from 2023. And the girl who took my order ran my card and never gave it back. When she handed me my shake I had to ask for my card and she had to look for it on the register. The kids are nice enough but there is always a service issue or inconsistency in food and experience. Very frustrating.
Stopped by with the family after the 5Km run at Whispering Pines for a Peanutbutter milkshake. It made me forget that I'm lactose intolerant.
There was only one person taking orders and running the food. He was very polite. There were two in the kitchen making orders and one at the drive through. Service was very slow. My sundae came out and was melted before my husband even got his burger.
