I've had complaints about service here in the past, but after my most recent ex0erience, where they lied to me about dropping the 2 for 7 double cheeseburger deal, and charged me full price for them. Then, when I saw they were still advertising it as I left, I called to complain, and they said they'd issue a refund. I never got the refund, and called back a few days later, and the manager was rude and straight denied me the refund, saying they couldn't refund my card.
