We regularly order blizzards and chicken strip at this location. I noticed this from last we ordered and today that the blizzard strawberry cheese quake is not as good like before our previous experienced, you can't even taste the strawberry and cheese anymore. It's more like a sundae and little coloring touch. For the price we pay for blizzard they should keep the quality of the product not degrade! Disappointing!
Ordered a Resses blizzard in the drive through. Took a bite before even leaving the drive through, was so melted and liquid. The consistency was more liquid than peanut butter. And there was actual liquid already in the sides of the cup. Not sure how it passed the upside down flip to be honest. Anyways, I took it inside to ask if it was normal and why it looked like that. Quite disappointed in our service tonight. There usually isn't an issue when we have gone there over the years but this DQ has changed and NOT for the better. I went through the drive through to get some blizzards. I waited a few minutes at the speaker box with silence. I wasn't even sure if they were open, but it was after 7 so I knew it was.
