Second time in a row I've had a frosty experience from the staff. (The manager this time.) We went on the Free Cone Day and they made it a frustrating process. The "app only" offer was poorly advertised, we downloaded it as asked and when we had trouble with the app not showing the offer we were told, "yeah sometimes that happens and you have to wait 48hrs".
