Ordered via DoorDash. Order was sealed in the bag. When I opened it, I had a half empty blizzard. Which means the people at the store either dropped it and try to cover up for it by just sticking in the bag, or somebody made a half full blizzard and decided that was acceptable to send off to a customer. DQ is such a friendly place, and still serves softserve that is reasonably priced and delish.
This was, without question, one of the most appalling customer service experiences I have ever encountered. A senior citizen and I waited more than fifteen minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from the two employees behind the counter (11/01/25 - afternoon). They carried on as if we were invisible.
