The food wasn't that good and it was expensive . They never have enough help. Drive through gets precedent. I ordered their new salad, but they have no crackers or croutons. Won't go back.
I usually just go through the drive thru. Decided to sit on a Sunday afternoon while no one was there. Food sat in the warmer for 10mins and took 20mins to get to me. People were coming in and getting their food before me. Drive 10-15mins to the next dq location.
If it was possible to rate a 0 star, I would. Gross inside. Atrocious customer service. Literally all I ordered was pretzel stick and they came out 20 minutes later after they sat on the counter for 15 minutes with hair in them. Truly Unbelievable. Mind you this DQ probably gets the least amount of foot traffic and still under performs. Couldn’t imagine if this was a busy area. Disgusting.
