The manager who was on duty had the customer service skills of a hazelnut. Every Dairy Queen we have been to asks if we want our ice cream right away or after we eat our dinner. They did not ask. I told them we would get our ice cream after we ate our meal and the manager said to the staff "Oh, they want their ice cream after they eat."
