I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered a cherry-dipped cone and found a BUG stuck in the cherry dip coating. Obviously that was disgusting enough, but what bothered me even more was how the situation was handled when I brought it back. The employees didn’t seem very apologetic or concerned about the fact that there was literally a bug in my food. Extremely slow
I didn’t even end up ordering food on my most recent visit. I eventually left and went somewhere else. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and there simply weren’t enough people working to handle the lunch rush. There was only one register open, and it was being staffed by someone who was obviously new and doing their best while the line continued to get longer.
