I really hate to see local businesses suffer due to the available workforce. But this place really seems to be dying from poor management. Their workers seem nice, but incompetent and poorly lead. I stopped going to get blizzards because I wasn’t willing to wait 15 minutes every time I go. There are always new people, and turnover is high. I’m afraid they will go out of business unless they find competent leadership.
Watching the guy making blizzards start putting his hands down his pants that were falling down was one thing. Waiting 20 minutes to get the wrong food was another. And food is inedible. When is the last time grease was changed?
The service was quick and the people weré very nice.
