I ordered a small hot fudge Sunday with pecans. They charged me a LOT and gave a few crushed up pecans and a slight drizzle of hot fudge. If I have to pay extra, I am not asking for a big portion, just enough to make it through the sunday. I got three bites with fudge and two bites with tiny pecan pieces. Very irritating. The young lady on the speaker box sounded miserable and the young lady at the window was terribly sparky. We won't be back
I ordered an order tonight through door dash. When I received my order, all bags were sealed. When I got inside and opened the sealed bags, I noticed that I was missing a burger, so I called the store and politely brought it to the attention of the cashier that answered. She then proceeded to argue with me, and tell me "I packed that order myself, everything was there. You are not missing a burger!"....I was shocked to be argued with about this.
