Tuesday April 7th 2026 got my order wrong and they got mad and I asked for regular lids for my 2 large shakes and was told sorry can’t do that anymore? Like what it’s a shake and don’t want it to spill while I drive home. Employee’s were very rude and won’t be back. Unacceptable behavior for a respectful paying customer!
Service was good. We were disappointed though because we only came Thursday to Dairy Queen for the $7 meal deal. But there was hand written signage on the menu board saying it was only available until 4. Had we known, we would have either gone to Taco Bell or Chick-fil-A instead. Our usual Dairy Queen offers the deal all day. The cashier was friendly and pleasant.

Super upset I got a cup cake twice this week now. Traditionally there is a hot fudge cookie crunch in it…the first cupcake I got had LITTRALY one tiny chunk of cookie…not a layer…and the one I revived today had brownie….not what I was looking for I wouldn’t of got it in general if I knew…0/10 readvertise or make it right
