WORST DQ EXPERIENCE EVER! I am a huge DQ fan! I love the chicken strip basket. Family and I went through drive thru, the night before leaving town, for a wedding. Order was COMPLETELY wrong! Had to ask, 3 times, to get our 2 small blizzards. Our drinks had no ice (didn't order that way) and were the wrong beverages! My chicken basket was a 3 PC but only received 1 piece. The gentleman there was extremely nice to me and I am very thankful. Assisted me exceptionally and I'm visiting Fairmount right now and Marion due to visits to James Dean gallery and where he grew up.
Very busy when we first came in but the staff were friendly and helpful. The tables and restrooms were clean. Our food was hot with a little wait time. Blizzard was the best!
The workers are rude and disrespectful. I’ve worked in fast food for 5 years and I understand frustration of the job but I live down the road from this location and they are always in shitty moods and terrible customer service. Never have I been there during the day and have enjoyed my experience.
