The place was busy and the young lady was trying to keep up the best she could. Once we got our food it was good. I did have to go ask for my food because it was sitting in the window. They were waiting on some of our fries. I would rather eat a hot burger and wait on fries than eat a cold burger that was sitting and waiting for fries. I understand it happens when it gets busy. We did get to use our points for a free box of dilly bars. That was a bonus.

Went for dinner tonight and staff were as friendly as could be. Especially Miss Candace who checked on my mobile order. My food was received quick, hot, and fresh. Tiny attention to detail I really appreciated is that they put my sauced and tossed tenders in a paper fry cup inside of my chicken strip box. This prevented BBQ sauce from getting all over my toast and fries. This is something my DQ back home does not do that I wish they would.
