I was the first person to order with 6 people behind me. They all got their food and I was still waiting. I had already paid and couldn’t get staffs attention for a refund so I just walked off and got pizza instead. I only get a half hour lunch. Horrible service.
ToGo order through Drive through. Asked what sauce I wanted for tenders. When I got home with my meal. No sauce, no ketchup for fries, no napkins. Why ask if you won't provide? Do better people, do better. Take pride in your work.
Travis at this location looked my daughters name up off her debit card on Facebook. First off she had her ice cream before he gave her back her debit card saying he couldn’t get it to work. He was looking her up on fb then gave her card back. As soon as she lift the drive thru he started messaging her on fb. Not only is this stocking it’s creepy and he should be fired. I’ve tried calling the store but the phones is always busy! I might add this location is the worst Dairy Queen dirty
The people that work here are very rude and clearly hate their jobs. Didn’t even get a bag for my food, just handed it to me out the window and the guy that took my card had gloves on and just went back to making food without changing them.
