The lobby is closed, unknowingly to me because I’m just a customer. I should have known that before making an online order that is offered by Dairy Queen as a quick service instead of drive thru. I made an online order for 20 mins ahead of time and paid for it. I then took a 20 mins walk to the local dairy for my evening ice cream! Third visit this month. Each time ice cream when we got home was completely melted. We only live less than a mile away. Tonight we ordered a banana split. It was all liquid. No ice cream to be found. Toppings all runny in the milk. I think it’s an ice cream machine issue but it’s been so consistent. Each time our kids want ice cream I think maybe it will be ok this time. We don’t have any choices in fort branch. We want you to do well. Please fix this, my kids are begging you
