Best DQ I’ve ever been to!
Horrible, horrible service. Drinking in front of customers, unable to speak up loud enough to be heard over ambient noise, poor attitude, fingering food and cups...just horrendous. Sent out to clean tables, cleaned one of five that needed it. Never again. Go somewhere else.
Wanted to show his authority and refused to write a name on an ice cream cake, told me to wait 10 minutes and he’d do it🤯 why not stop what you’re doing and serve your customer
Bought a birthday cake and the guy in the back refused to write the name on the cake- that’s not bad CS- that’s non-existent customer service
This is not the place to go to in Berlin Ohio on a Saturday. Trust me, I would rather want you to go to burger king just two minutes away. We waited 30 minutes just to get a blizzard, and a cheeseburger meal. The cheese curds are bussin.
