RUDE LADY. Wow.she was training a new person who was nice. Served me cold fries, was pissed they had to make new. Took 25 min to get a milkshake and fries. I was the only customer. Nope, won't be back!
Food was great, service was slow as only 2 people working, and food was fresh.
Empty dinning room, two individuals being paid to work but were standing behind counters on their phones. One customer at the counter and then myself and my family (5 total) waited while the employees looked up to see us waiting, and then went back to their phones. After 5-7 minutes of no service we left for the Burger King down the road for ice cream cones. This is the fourth or fifth time I’ve been to this Dairy Queen in the last six years and the service has been terrible every time.
There was a young man working the front and back of the establishment by himself. The service was still top tier and the food was good and hot. I didn't mind the time I had to wait for my order because the young man was doing what he could. And he did a wonderful job, I wish I would have gotten his name.
