This one is the best one in area. Food is good and correct online orders. Always ready.
Showed up tonight, waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes only to find out they were out of ice cream. Now, I'm stuck in the drive thru line, no way out, for nothing. I suggested they maybe let people know sooner before they commit to the drive thru as I suspect most people were at Dairy Queen for ice cream but all I got was a snippy response. Not even a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. I suspect all I'll get is some sort of canned response to this which fits with the service they provide. I've read some recent review... read more
Ordered got curbside pickup. Called when I got there. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:53. At 12:54 they hadn’t even started making it. I was doing this on my lunch break and didn’t even have time to eat my ice cream before I had to get back to work.
