9:06-9:35 pm We waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins to receive pathetic looking cones. While waiting at the window - we were observing the 7 staff members carrying on conversation, Laughing with each other , one was cleaning off her shirt, the drive thru attendant kept looking at her screen (probably wondering why it is taking the back staff so long to make a cone). This is a nice convenient location for us to get Blizzards in the Drive Thru on our way home. I like to add Cheesecake to my Blizzards. I get charged for that addition 100% of the time, it's actually added about 20% of the time :( (edit: DQ's response shows these reviews are not actually read or addressed by them. I said nothing about 'timeliness')

Somehow always seem to leave disappointed and annoyed. Not to mention a waste of time and money. Next time I’ll just drive past and go to bed hungry and happy
Not expensive but not my favorite. Chicken was good
