Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket. Got a 4 piece w under cooked fries and toast. Ordered a kids meal. Got it missing the icecream cone and drink. Had to run back. They fixed it my kids meal. But mine they hand back to me pretty much exactly the same. I literally was just to tired to even bother. The lady with the pink hair im just about sure is the only one thats able to do her job correctly. Flame thrower sandwich is Bomb!!
9:06-9:35 pm We waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins to receive pathetic looking cones. While waiting at the window - we were observing the 7 staff members carrying on conversation, Laughing with each other , one was cleaning off her shirt, the drive thru attendant kept looking at her screen (probably wondering why it is taking the back staff so long to make a cone). This is a nice convenient location for us to get Blizzards in the Drive Thru on our way home. I like to add Cheesecake to my Blizzards. I get charged for that addition 100% of the time, it's actually added about 20% of the time :( (edit: DQ's response shows these reviews are not actually read or addressed by them. I said nothing about 'timeliness')
