Why can’t we get our ice cream and our food at the same time and drive-through?
Took 15 mins for someone to take my order and waited in drive thru another 15mins to get food . Very slow service and it was not busy at all .
Just plain terrible the man taking orders at the window is extremely rude he shoved the order so hard we about dropped everything! No thank you come again nothing !!!! Just slammed the window!!! The milkshake was terrible I placed in in my freezer to return! Just plain terrible service!! I will be filing a report to the owners !
I love Dairy Queen and this by far the best one I have ever been to. The food was excellent and ms. Amanda Arnold exhibited a great display of customer service, making me feel right at home. She's the true definition of a Dairy Queen! Yall need to have that girl a raise!
