We just bought an ice cream cake and it was awesome!

Terrible Service, Every Time The Dairy Queen near the bridge in West Kelowna is consistently the worst. Every time I ask for a simple customized sundae, the answer is just “No” — no explanation, no effort. I’ve even shown a video of exactly what I want, and they still refuse and just point at the menu board. I’ve asked about chocolate soft serve (like they use in cakes), and again, “No.” The staff are rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care. Even standard menu items get messed up.
