Terrible Service, Every Time The Dairy Queen near the bridge in West Kelowna is consistently the worst. Every time I ask for a simple customized sundae, the answer is just “No” — no explanation, no effort. I’ve even shown a video of exactly what I want, and they still refuse and just point at the menu board. I’ve asked about chocolate soft serve (like they use in cakes), and again, “No.” The staff are rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care. Even standard menu items get messed up. 1 Star — If I could give zero, I would Every single time I go to the Dairy Queen near the bridge in West Kelowna, it’s the same disappointing experience. I try to order a simple customized sundae — something other DQ locations have no issue with — and I’m met with a flat-out “No.” Not even a “let me check” or “we’ll see what we can do.” Just NO. hi I ordered honey barbeque chicken, strips basket when I took one bite of the food it tasted horrible. It was either not cooked properly really old one of the two after eating it this morning I threw up four times thank you Dairy Queen. Check your food before serving it to customers and hire cooks that know how to cook. I’ve never had this happen before just warning people if you order that basket be cautious you can end up being sick too. Due better DQ
