Alex the manager is absolutely disgusting and rude to the customers. I was in here last week and i saw him be rude to someone who did not speak english. I will never EVER go to this Dairy Queen again. I will stick to my original hometown DQ.

I tried ordering chocolate soft serve in a cup (I do not like cones) with cookie dough on top. They told me I couldn’t order plain soft serve in a bowl/dish with a topping and I had to order a blizzard. To ME it’s a difference between the topping being mixed into the ice cream vs. it just being a topping. I have been to many Dairy Queen’s my entire life and this has never been an issue. The Human Malfunction

I spent 15 minutes in the lobby just to get handed melted ice cream. I ask them to remake it because I didn’t pay for melted food and they say they can’t cause it’s just the machine. so I ask if I’m getting my money back and they say no cause I don’t have a receipt (they didn’t give me a receipt). After that they just kept saying there’s nothing they can do about it cause they’re busy. This whole place needs shut down

Leetonia DQ is an absolute joke make the trip to Salem or Columbiana. Their lobby is closed, theit ice cream machine is broken they have me pull around to a parking spot. Sat there 10 minutes and got back into the drive-thru line since their lobby is closed and then refused to remake the order that was completely melted.
