I didn't order from here, but my oldest did. She ordered a Pumpkin Pie Blizzard with no pie chips add cheesecake bites. My daughter (18) said that the attendant at the drive-thru was very rude...like she didn't want to be there, and that she found a questionable black something inside of her shake that looked like an insect after consuming about half of the blizzard. I would have a picture, but she immediately threw it out. That is nasty, and they have a DOH grade of 85 sitting on the wall. Why they are still open with that ... read more

Milk shakes were melted and hot whip cream looked like cottage cheese.$35.00 ice cream cake wasn't even sealed and to add a letters really made them angry. No thanks ..kiss my foot or nothing. NEVER seen anything so rude. Was not rush hour 4 ppl inside and 5 vehicles in drive thru..Dawson rd. DQ is really given bad name to D Q..not to say you wait 5 to 10 mins before they even speak when they see you standing there.The 4 inside were already eating when we got there.

Stood in an empty line and not even the manager acknowledged us as he rang in an employee (who was not there before us) at the register i was standing in front of with a hi, how are you?, we will be right with you. Simple good customer service goes a long way. So 1 star and that's because the bathroom was actually clean.
