I ordered online a head of time for my kids meal. Than went inside to let them know I was there and ordered another order. After waiting 20+mins our food finally came and I was still waiting on the kids meal that I had ordered 10 mins before my second order. I had to ask for it again and than had to wait a while for the kids meal. The 2nd order was also cold when we received it. Other customers had to wait a long time just for there ice cream orders
