We came in at the end of the day on July 5th 2026. The front lady was amazing. Very sweet and quick. At one point the manager or supervisor of some sort came up and absolutely went off on the poor girl ringing everyone up while the lobby was full of customers. She was messing up on the sauces and giving to many out with orders without charging people. Thats it. She wasn't being rude, messing up people's food, playing on her phone, being lazy. They don’t honor what’s on the website deals. They forgot 3 parts of my order today. Good thing I kept checking food before I left the parking lot.
All 3 blizzards were more liquified than a shake. Received food 5 minutes after order and paid. One blizzard wasn’t even the right kind. Fries and chicken cold. Gravy hot,
Slow (20 min wait for chicken strips and a burger), forgot our order and messed up the order behind us Did not seem busy or understaffed
