We had some issues with accuracy of our orders before, but they have gotten wayyy better recently. The management as well as the crew have all gotten better at being sure the order is correct.
Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken strip meals. The person taking our order had a very heavy foreign accent and was very hard to understand over the intercom. They asked if we wanted dipping sauce and my husband asked for gravy while I ordered honey mustard. What we got was bbq and ranch, the Texas toast wasn't even toasted and the fries were cold and soggy. This wasn't very cheap and they weren't busy at all. Why is it so hard to do your job and get an order right?
