Out of chocolate ice cream alot and always plan on 20 to 30 min in drive through. Employees always arguing. Worst DQ ive been to.
Poor Service and Experience over all. The General Manager must need some help. Treating other managers, employees and customers poorly is unprofessional and inappropriate. We will not even go into all the Food Safety Standards I saw broken while I waited 15min for our ice cream and fries. Sadly, I'll avoid this one in the future, even though it's close to my son's school.
I used to be a manager at this building they call a restaurant. It became too much and was fired for helping fix the drive time machine. Let me tell you this is not the DQ you want to eat at. Their drive times are usually 7 minutes and the food is cold and often touched without gloves. The people are (sometimes) nice enough but I saw a customer who ordered two small items and it took 15 minutes to get it to him. The staff is not knowledgeable and almost rude when you ask questions. Spent 30 minutes in line waiting to place our order in the drive thru here it still isn’t 10 pm to be told at 9:45 that they are closed to come back tomorrow at 10 am so much for our dessert tonight very disappointed they didn’t stay open until closing time… still stuck in the drive thru because the people in front of us could order so we can’t even leave
