Non English speaking person at drive thru window, Had to walk through the order 7 times . Absolutely frustrating. This is America, put an English speaking human at the drive thru window
They didn't give me the sauce I asked for. One pretzel stick was under cooked and soggy. Otherwise the food was okay.
Warning- I usually do more thorough reviews but this was such a bad experience I'm just going to describe it. I got a blizzard from here on the way out of cedar point and it had very little toppings in it, and it wasn't mixed. I'm saying the bottom 75% of the blizzard was just fanilla soft serve. I drove back and showed the cashier that the blizzard had no toppings in it, and that it wasn't mixed (still white, not red from the strawberries). She asked what I want her to do about it.
