I have only done mobile orders here, but it works very well. A majority of the time the order is ready upon my arrival, well before the stated time, and freshly made. The only exception possibly being during a busy time, like during a weekend dinner rush, but even then the orders are always on time. The employees are very friendly and accommodating.

Great! The young man at the register was very friendly and knew what I was trying to order for my mother. He also made suggestions for me when I asked, as I had not been to Dairy Queen in a long time.

Usually they are pretty good, but it's been hit and miss the last few times I went. Today my sister and I went through the drive-thru for ice cream. We watched two cars leave from I assume the wait time, and then it took them almost 10 minutes for my blizzard and my sisters sunday. They forgot the chocolate and chocolate chips in mine and gave my sister the wrong size. This has been happening a lot, but the food is good..
