Very long wait in the drive thru. Need to be more efficient and have large orders pull ahead.
The soft serve was off - a bit sour and left a tingly taste on the tongue. I've had DQ countless times at other locations and this isn't how it should be. I suspect machine isn't properly cleaned or improper storage of ingredients. Dangerous and could potentially cause severe health problems. Worried about others, I called within minutes of eating to inform them - couldn't go back in person as I was already in the ferry line. So organized easy on easy off Courteous crew members.
Drive through tends to be slow. Window servers are not fast, but pleasant. Sign taped to window encouraging tipping is a piece of cardboard held with duct tape. Very tacky. I always tip there. Burger was average but the lettuce and onions were fresh and crunchy. Don’t know about their tomatoes, as I don’t eat them.
