To slow getting your order
Very long wait in the drive thru. Need to be more efficient and have large orders pull ahead.
The soft serve was off - a bit sour and left a tingly taste on the tongue. I've had DQ countless times at other locations and this isn't how it should be. I suspect machine isn't properly cleaned or improper storage of ingredients. Dangerous and could potentially cause severe health problems. Worried about others, I called within minutes of eating to inform them - couldn't go back in person as I was already in the ferry line.
