2025: who is telling these kids to only half fill the little ranch cups! One was 50% full and the other one was 40% full. We spent $20 at this restaurant and because we know the food is bland we usually order extra ranch cups. I did tell them at the window I wanted extra ranch cup. I’ve stopped here a few times, and the service has noticeably declined over the past few months. My order has been incorrect multiple times, and during my last visit the drive-thru didn’t give me my Blizzard. I waited at the window while two employees walked past me without acknowledging me. There were no other customers in the store or drive-thru. Went there today for a banana split and they had NO BANANA, wow was very disappointed, so went to culvers.
I’ve been a regular at this DQ since it’s close to my work, but today was my last visit. I placed a “Counter Pickup” order online, and the ordering process itself was quick and easy. When I arrived, there was an employee behind the counter who did not acknowledge me and continued bagging food.
