Went through the drive thru for a blizzard and it was overall pretty quick considering the line. Staff was very friendly. 10/10
Ordered ahead on the mobile app. Went into the store to give my info. The staff (I think her shift ended) who took my info left after and did not pass my info onto the next shift. I asked numerous times about my order and no one seemed to know anything.
Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes to no reply. Then the one takeing orders for the drive through replies "if you dont wanna be here you dont have too be" and I much so agree with staff like that. Its better going off to Gorge webs, Culvers or McDonalds
Never been here before. Ordered 2 blizzards, triple burger and fries. No customers in, just me. Cashier (Destiny) comes up, says nothing, so I start ordering my burger. I say the whole thing, doesn’t hear me. I repeat, mid sentence, she starts talking to a co worker. I have to repeat again, she cuts me off again to talk to coworker. Finally 4th time I ordered the burger and the rest. 15 minutes later I get my food. One blizzard is wrong, asked for a triple burger, got a double and fries are cold. Never going back
I've been in here a few times, it always seems like you are inconviencing the employees by coming in. It takes forever to be taken care of when you want to dine in. Last time I was in and we had multiple employees walk past us, we were ready to order and waited 8-10 minutes and not a single employee even said they would be with us shortly. We went to culvers instead, got our food in lass time than it took for a dairy queen employee to say hello. Will not come here again.
