I’ve gone to Dairy Queen for 30+ years and never once asked for a free Blizzard or even asked them to flip it, they’ve always just done it. Last night we pull up, pay for our Blizzards, and I can see mine sitting there melting on the counter for a few minutes. No big deal, I get that people get busy. But when the guy finally handed it to me, I said, “Aren’t you supposed to turn it over?” He goes, “I can’t, it’s too melty,” and then just gives me a melted, messy Blizzard anyway. I purchased an ice cream cake and was charged the wrong price. The price on the cake stated $31.99 and I was charged $39.99. I called today to try and get a refund or even a gift card. I spoke with Devin. He was rude and arrogant on the phone. Eventually he just hung up the phone on me. I tried to call back and he again hung up the phone on me. If this is who you're going to put in place to deal with customers you wont have to worry about me being a customer of yours.
