I'm not one to write reviews, but I just had an extremely poor customer experience at this Dairy Queen location. I went in to use the restroom and decided to order a meal to go. Instead of taking my order, the three employees behind the counter (including one employee who I believed to be a manager) walked around holding their own conversations. I stood in front of the counter for 3-4, if not 5, minutes, listening to them talk about Thanksgiving and watching them work, waiting until I got the message and left. After I left, ... read more
