Been here several times. Last time was 3 years ago. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Nothing changed. Crumbs on floor. Crumbs in empty booths. Ordered 1 large turtle blizzard and she ordered 1 small strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Took over 45 minutes with 1 car in drive thru and 2 customers in lobby. Their excuse.... sorry we forgot all about you. Definitely will never be back.
