Excelent service!!!
Ordered a burger and fries. I watched the lady take fries from the warming area where they dump them after frying. The lady took them from warming area and dropped them in the oil for 30 seconds to warm them up. Needless to say the fries was disgusting and when I confronted the staff they said they are always made fresh. Obviously they think their customers are idiots. I u der stand why parking lot has no vehicles in it. I will never be back to this location again. Shame on you dairy queen
This place is a hit and miss. Some days the food is good, and other days it is awful. Unfortunately, the customer service needs a BIG improvement. Consistently, staff are unfriendly, rushed, and won't help if you do have an issue.
