Disappointed. Stopped for a blizzard and ice cream cones. The blizzard was practically just vanilla ice cream. Was supposed to be a biscoff. I asked to have it remade. I got the same results with a couples pieces thrown on top. Not to mention the snarky girl and other worker looking back laughing at us and being unprofessional.
My daughter received a free achievement award for a small cone or mini blizzard treat. The two that were running the store at the time denied it an would not honor coupon . Thank you dairy queen due to your store on corner of interstate dr and genesis rd in crossville I will not return
I pass this place every now and again and I remember how I always ate the DQ. Most of the time, it was good but then they started going down hill. This was back in the summer of 2024. On the last visit, I had a blizzard of some kind and it put me in the bathroom over and over again all that night. WHY? This DQ was the only reason I stopped but never again! Have not eaten at this location in a long time.Went right at lunch time and it was dead quiet.Food was ok..my hamburger could have been cooked alot more.Ive noticed at both locations new people running them.Maybe it just depends wich one you eat at that the food might taste better.
It doesn’t taste like Dairy Queen at all, ice cream cone tastes stale and the ingredients were off brand or not quality ingredients.
