Service and food both absolutely terrible. Woman at the register cared only about being on her phone and was actively on a phone call the entire time she took our order... asking for us to repeat everything multiple times. The food tasted of stale burnt oil, literally inedible. The bottles water and kids cone were the best part of the meal, well other than leaving. There was a dark haired gentleman that was pleasant though not enough to make up for the overall experience.
It was so slow even the drive through was so much faster than inside! 😡
Disappointed. Stopped for a blizzard and ice cream cones. The blizzard was practically just vanilla ice cream. Was supposed to be a biscoff. I asked to have it remade. I got the same results with a couples pieces thrown on top. Not to mention the snarky girl and other worker looking back laughing at us and being unprofessional.
My daughter received a free achievement award for a small cone or mini blizzard treat. The two that were running the store at the time denied it an would not honor coupon . Thank you dairy queen due to your store on corner of interstate dr and genesis rd in crossville I will not return
