Super friendly staff! even with my chaotic children, they're always understandable which is a relief when the kids just want to tough everything in sight. (Comming from a busy mom of toddlers). *Clean* environment and they go the extra to bring us our food and make sure we have everything we need or they'll bring it to us. Happy Vibes foresure!.
I purchase ice cream cakes at this location w regularity (lots of b-days, lots of ice cream fans)! And the service is always fantastic. In a world where customer service seems to be going the way of the dodo bird, it really fills my heart to see these folks go above and beyond. Just witnessed staff carrying a cake and box of dilly bars out to the car of a mom with a small child on a blustery day. The mom didn’t even ask, she was told “I’ll carry this out, you already have your hands full.” Such a carrying act! I
Good food. Good service. It just needs to be clearer before you enter that it is a dine in location. Being first timers, we almost didn't come in because of it.
