I usually have no complaints with this location. I have ordered from here many times. Nice friendly service ... good tasty food. This time, I ordered a medium Pumpkin Pie Blizzard without whipped cream, but with nutmeg sprinkled on top. I was really disappointed ... of all the blizzard flavors, this is my favourite, however, there was only a very small dollop of pumpkin in the ice cream near the top of the cup and a boatload of the crunchy pie pieces. Great service, Raj was very helpful.
I used to frequent this DQ location years ago and boy has it gone downhill. Not so friendly counter people…actually quite rude. Don’t expect to get you order quickly. Staff don’t seem to care about anything. Sadly it will be my last visit as there are other options much closer to my home.

We went in with a really picky 5yr old who was on the verge of a full meltdown. The girl behind the counter knew exactly what to do, calmed her down with ice cream option and by showing her and letting her pick her own sprinkles for her ice cream. She saved the day. Everything was good but who can go wrong with ice cream.
