Food was absolutely nasty and dry. I called to complain about my food and get called a liar. I also got hung up on and got told that I don’t know what I’m talking about. One manager told me they would replace my meal when I came back then I received a call from someone I could barely understand telling me that I should’ve brought my food back right away regardless of my doctors appointment bringing the food back was more important.. Absolutely disgusted with this. Here’s proof since I’m such a liar. Never will I ever return.

Service was terrible, had to repeat everything multiple times, waited 20 minutes for food, only seems to be one person working the whole restaurant. -100 out of 10 do not recommend going here and will not be coming back again. Dairy queen you will lose all your customers if you don’t have workers that can understand proper English.

My wife used our points and she got us 2 chicken strip meals the East Indian guy told her she can’t use her points and if she wants to use her points to go somewhere else very disappointed in this store to tell her she can’t use her points and he was very rude to
