Disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen tonight. We ordered a small s’mores blizzard, a small lemonade cooler, and a large cup of water. When we got up to the window the employee, Avalon (according to the receipt), read our order back and we had been rung up for a medium lemonade cooler. We corrected her and she said “oh yes, we made a small” and proceeded to “fix” the size on the POS system. She then came back and gave us our “new” total which was the same as before.
