This is our family's regular Dairy Queen that we always go to. We've had mostly good experiences with the food coming through the drive-thru, and the staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like their dining area is open anymore.
We frequent this location often (3-4 times a month easy) because the service and food usually is above other fats food chains and has been consistent for decades at this point. Tonight was a very unpleasant experience. And all of it could have been avoided had the order been repeated back at the box. They were not busy, 2 cars ahead of us and no one behind until after we ordered. The girl did not get the order correct, again not repeating it and telling us to instead pull around.
